Terms of Service.
The agreement between you and Analog Realism when you purchase, download, or use Sphinx 101.
By purchasing or using Sphinx 101, you agree to these terms.
Each purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Sphinx 101 (the “Software”) on up to two (2) computers simultaneously. The license is perpetual for the purchased version.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software; redistribute, resell, or sublicense it; remove or alter any proprietary notices; or use the Software in any way that violates applicable laws.
Ownership and brand.
The Software, including all code, algorithms, designs, documentation, and trademarks (including “Sphinx 101”, “TrueRail”, and “Analog Realism”), is the exclusive property of Analog Realism.
The unactivated Software operates in demo mode with periodic 2-second silence intervals. Demo mode provides full functionality for evaluation purposes.
How activations and updates work.
Activation requires a valid serial key and a one-time internet connection for challenge-response verification. Each serial supports two simultaneous machine activations. Licenses can be transferred between machines by deactivating one before activating another.
Minor updates (bug fixes, compatibility patches) within the same major version are provided free of charge. Major version upgrades may require a separate purchase.
What we promise — and what we cannot.
The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Analog Realism does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
In no event shall Analog Realism be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Software. Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid.
Governing law and how to reach us.
