Refund Policy.
Try the full plugin first. The free demo is the complete product, so you can be sure before you buy. Because Sphinx 101 is DRM-free and never phones home after activation, all sales are final — but if anything isn't working, we're here to help.
Try the full plugin, then buy with confidence.
Sphinx 101 is available as a fully functional demo before purchase — every feature, every circuit, every transformer model, with no restrictions. The only difference is a brief 2-second silence approximately every 1.5 minutes. Download it and evaluate it thoroughly on your own material, in your own DAW, before you buy.
Because Sphinx 101 is DRM-free — once activated it runs entirely offline and never phones home — purchases are non-refundable. The demo exists precisely so you can be certain the plugin works for you before committing. This is standard practice for downloadable audio software.
We want every customer to succeed.
If Sphinx 101 isn't working as expected, email support before anything else. Most issues — installation, authorization, DAW compatibility — are resolved quickly, and we're glad to help you get up and running.
Include your order ID (on your Paddle receipt) and a short description of the problem. We answer every email, usually within one or two business days. Our goal is for every customer to get the sound they paid for.
Before you buy.
We strongly encourage downloading and testing the demo on your system and in your DAW before purchasing. It is the complete product, so you can confirm performance, compatibility, and sound on your own material first.
Your purchase activates on up to two machines and then works offline forever — no subscriptions, no recurring checks, no telemetry. License abuse, such as unauthorized redistribution or key sharing, is the only thing that voids a license.
