Sphinx 101 is available as a fully functional demo before purchase - every feature, every circuit, every transformer model, with no restrictions. The only difference is a brief 2-second silence approximately every 1.5 minutes. Download it and evaluate it thoroughly on your own material, in your own DAW, before you buy.

We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If Sphinx 101 doesn't meet your expectations, contact support with your order ID within 14 days and we will process your refund - no questions asked. After 14 days, purchases are final. We encourage downloading the full-featured demo before buying to make sure the plugin works on your system.

If Sphinx 101 isn't working as expected, email support before anything else. Most issues - installation, authorization, DAW compatibility - are resolved quickly, and we're glad to help you get up and running.

Include your order ID (on your Paddle receipt) and a short description of the problem. We answer every email, usually within one or two business days. Our goal is for every customer to get the sound they paid for.

We strongly encourage downloading and testing the demo on your system and in your DAW before purchasing. It is the complete product, so you can confirm performance, compatibility, and sound on your own material first.

Your purchase activates on up to two machines and then works offline forever - no subscriptions, no recurring checks, no telemetry. License abuse, such as unauthorized redistribution or key sharing, is the only thing that voids a license.
